Description
National Registrations from 1970 give
the following information:
Disturbed grave field situated at farm nr. 92/5 and 95/12. Weak remains of a burial mound were localised about 14 m west of the modern farm houses at farm nr. 92/5. Another burial mound was localised at farm nr. 92/12 c 75 m north north east of the modern mainbuilding. Earlier finds in the area: Boat nail of iron, which probably come from the Cemetery both Nicolaissen (1884), Havn (1934) and Landstrom (1916) referred to:
Earlier finds fromfarm nr. 92/12:
Arrow head of slate, found in the potato field c. 75 m east north-east of the modern farm houses. Gift from Wilhelm Bottolfsen
Hone of soapstone, found c.100 m east south east of the modern farmhouse. A gift from Wilhelm Bottolfsen.(museumnumber TS 7033).
Earlier finds found at farm nr. 92 3/14:
Mosaic bead, found 1930 by Wilhelm Bottolfsen, situated between the summer cowshed and the river of Borgskar (museumnumber TS 7032).
