Description
This rock sheet, 230NW of Dunchraigaig
cairn, bears 17 cups with double rings, fifteen
cups with single rings, and at least 127 plain
cupmarks.
This view looking E shows a selection of carvings on a sheet of bedrock surfacing into a sloping field on the valley side. This site is protected within a fenced enclosure, 2 minutes walk from Duncraigaig cairn.
Access/Ownership
All the Ballymeanoch monuments are managed by
Historic Scotland and accessible via pathways
leading from the dedicated car park at
Duncraigaig.
