Past by Seven

I run through the wind ever so fast
Hiding from darkness
That overrides my past
I plow through the bushes
With thorns full of pain
Not feeling anything
I'm totally insane
The feelings I have
Can not be explained
I don't know what's wrong with me
Then comes down the rain.
A single drop lands
upon me and I can see
The whole past
I watch with wonder
Then the nightmare is over at last
For now
I'm calm and sane
but I will sit back and wait
for my next day of pain.
