Teenager's Poems 1996 to 2003
As these poems were written between 1996 and 2003 by teenagers who are now adults, the surnames have been left off. If you want to reclaim a poem and have your name attached please contact teenmag@irelandcalls.com. We can add your name or remove the poem. Better still, give us a paragraph about yourself to add to your poem.

As I look around this crowded room I realize that we live in doom feels as if we are walking uphill looks as if we are standing still we say we are gonna do our best yet we always stop to rest? in this world of cruelty and hate everywhere you go depends on your fate you can say your gonna be the best but you'll always be just like the rest to much to do, not enough time everyone's greediness ends up with crime Children are starving, their parents are crying sooner or later we all end up dying If everyone took some time from each day to think about what's wrong with the world today if everyone just had a little sorrow we could all live in a better world tomorrow
